1-They are NOT a legally operating collection agency.(no mini miranda with right to dispute)
2- You are WAY beyond the 2 year SOL on collection for a LEGAL deficiency.
3- Threatening legal action that cannot be carried out is another violation.
4- Post the name and address of this scam CA, and we will tellyou exactly how to deal with them.
