Judgments are serious things and become part of the PUBLIC record through due process. A judge isn't going to simply vacate a judgement because you come to an agreement with your creditor. The clerk WILL update the status of a judgement to SATISFIED upon notification from the attorney who sought the judgment.

The only time you're going to get it vacated is if a mistake has been made - an error in service, it's not you or something like that.

We might be able to help if we know more about your specifics. Did you attend the hearing? Has it been satisfied? How long ago was it FILED?
