why chat-consumer debt attorney I found on Lawguru.com for California Sol. on credit cards told me. it was his belief that the Sol. of limitations doesn't start in california until you notify them with a letter. Start date depends when they receive the letter. This site has all areas of law under the attorney's name. Attorney's then state their experience in related field. Under fair credit reporting, fair credit act, and debt collections he stated he had, "expert knowledge." Another attorney with similiar expert knowledge stated Sol. on credit cards technically lasts 10 years............
