We are having all kinds of trouble with capital one, until I found this board I had absolutely no idea I could do anything. Interest has changed on a cash withdrawl from 9.90 to 19.80 and we have not been late or anything. I call and they won't answer my questions. Earlier today, I held for ever on the line and they hung up on me. I'm in KY, if I just stop paying (balance is about $5500) what can they do to me and my husband? Can someone please offer advice? thanks and blessings
