TSR .. its called spin nonsense BS garbage .. they'll give you 10 different reasons on why they raise your rates either on purchases or cash advances becouse even though your never late & never missed a payment one smell of trouble they stick it to ya & raise your rates becouse "IN MY OPINION" their simply glorified crooks in the credit card industry .. capitol 1 may or may not sue you if you dont pay it'll be solely based on your income if your in a garnishment state AND mostly on your assets , if you have no assets capitol one will crawl back under their rock where they belong but like i say ONLY my opinion here ........ kelly ......................
