dealing with Rosewood Hudson?

Has anyone dealt with Rosewood Hudson and Associates? I have been told that my case is pending in court. They also said they have an investagator looking at my assets. What do I do? I want to pay the debt but cant at this time. I have gone from making 70000 a year to 36,000 and had to sell my house. I also have 4 kids to support. I have tried to work out payments with them but they only want a lump sum. Now what? Can they take my assets that are paid for? What if my name is a only a co-owner. (such as a car) I dont know what to do!
