OSI Collection Agency ever heard of them?

I have this CA who has been calling my mom and my home. My mom is in California and I am now in Las Vegas. I asked them to stop calling my mom telling her that they have an urgent business and so on. I know I do owe Citi Mastercard. Anyways, the CA told me they will not stop calling my mom and also threatened me that if I don't pay within 14 days that they will proceed action against me. I asked them that I need proof of the debts they telling me I owe them to buy some time but she was talking on top of her lungs and didn't want to listen to anything I want to say. I want to write a cease and decist letter but couldn't find the info on this collection agency at all.
