So we recieved it in the mail today... I bought one with all 3 bureau's on it.

It show's 13 separate collections from Checkrite. All her mothers from her and my wifes joint account when my wife was around 21, 5 years ago. Two of those seem to be still unpaid with the rest of them paid.

I'm going to dispute the 2 unpaid ones... should I also dispute the 11 other ones even though their paid??

Her name may have been on the account, but my wife's signature was on NONE of the checks.

Do they have to show her name signed on the checks? Or is just her name on the account in which her mother signing the bounced checks make it right for them to put them on my wife's credit report?

If they can't show proof of the bounced checks that were paid, do they have to take them off the report too?
Also there's an account on here that supposedly was opened back in 10-02??? Went dilenquent on 01-03 and we supposedly paid on 05-03???

Sherman ACQ???? Who the hell are they? 30 Day Account... what???

WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS?
