Who is the original creditor ??? They SAY they won't deal because they want it ALL even though they bought the debt for pennies on the dollar. You can't negotiate with these scum on the phone, its pointless. You HAVE to do any negotiating in writing if you want to have any hope of getting anywhere. If your credit report shows you're paying off/settling old accounts, they think you have money to pay it all !! Their threats to garnish your wages, take your property - ALL ILLEGAL !! Violations of the FDCPA right and left. Who's the CA ?
