Pallisades is a bottom feeding "garbage" collection agency. First, "Opt Out" to prevent further damage. Second, dispute the entry on your credit report as "obsolete". Is it just Palisades that is reporting? Or is the OC alo reporting. If you have received ANY communication from Pallisades, send them the SOL letter from my website.If you have NOT heard from them, wait until you get a response from your "obsolete dispute" IF Pallisades verifies, then send them the SOL letter, and redispute with the CRA. DO NOT refer to your "being out of the Country" to ANYONE.
