it's me again! ok, the PRL Direct people insist that since i signed a "wage assignment" that they ARE able to garnish my check, even though it's not allowed in texas. i really don't know what to believe now, i've had 2 attorneys say that they couldn't, and 2 say that they could since it was a contract. i have looked high and low on the internet but can't find a firm answer. who should i call about this? thanks so much for all your help
