I currently was served, by mail, a notice that I was being sued in NJ. I live in New Mexico. I don't think the suit is valid since NCOC/Creditrust is the plaintiff. (If you remember me from last year I fought a battle with NCO group and won.) Any and all help will be appreciated on how to fight this.
