Sears got a judgment against my husband and he paid the total amount through payroll deduction. On his credit report Sears is still listing it as a charge off with a balance due. Should I send a letter to Sears telling them to clear up his report showing paid as agreed or send the letter to the attorney that handled the small claims case? Thanks for your assistance. krel
