I've been trying not to. Wouldn't a judgement show up on my report as well? I'm pretty sure they don't have a judgement, but I'll look into that. I was pretty young at the time (about 22) and I figure they wrote it off as uncollectable and didn't want to waste their time. Wouldn't they try to sue me in OH where the SOL is 15 years? In Cali its 4, right? That's where I get confused. Or can they still sue in Cali because the debt was incurred in OH?
