Want To Pay Off My Judgment

I live in NJ and a collections attorney won a Judgment because I never responded, never showed up in court.. I would like to pay off the Judgment after the fact. 1) Do I deal with the attorney, the creditor or go right to the court? 2) Can the Judgment amount be negotiated even though they won to a lower amount and if so what is the success rate? 3) Once paid does the Judgment cease?
