THE VALIDATION LETTERS are posted on the forum for all to see you can copy them and fill in your own information and send them off to the collection agency. If your dunning letters have more than one address on them I would sent one to every address. Remember for the most part you account was sold to a third party by the CCC and they cannot produce the original documents. Even the CCC can't if the account is over 25 months old because the original has been destroyed. They will send you a photo copy but you are allowed by law to see the original or a CERTIFIED COPY that has not been altered in anyway. Read the letters and you will see that it is very clear as to what they have to produce. And the 30 days to respond with the required documents is also law as Reasonable time. Look at your dunning letters and you find the same thing 30 dyas to respond. One last thing too: LAWYERS KNOWN SOMETHING ABOUT LAW BUT THEY DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE LAW... OH YEA AND LAWYERS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES NEVER LIE!!!!!
