If you're haveing trouble with NCC, you need to start filing complaints in the right places. NCC is in SERIOUS trouble with the FTC and, I believe, several state attorney's general. If you're looking for a particular lawyer, go to www.martindale.com and look up that lawyer's name, you may find where he's now practicing. You need to deal with NCC thru the right avenues and you need to find out EXACTLY what it is they've done that is getting your checks turned down. Have you pulled your credit reports ? Do you know if you've been reported to TeleCheck or CheckSystems ? If not, find out and get it resolved if you can.
