Which State was it repo'd in?
EXACTLY what kind of notice after the repo did you get?
How long after the repo sale did you get the notice?
Do you have a copy of the contract you co-signed?
Did the notice state where and when the sale would be held?
Was it an accounting AFTER the sale of the deficiency balance?
