I live in Missouri and have about $30,000 in credit card debt from three companies. I'm not positive but I think they all became delinquent in 2002. I'm getting constant collection calls, but since my credit is already ruined and the credit card companies are no longer directly involved, I'm not anxious to give collection agencies money. I am, however, concerned about getting sued. I never talk to the CA people. Never. I think I sent one a small payment about a year ago because they threatened to sue, but other than that, I have tried to ignore them. what are the odds that I can ride this out and not get sued before the SOL takes effect?
