A Collection Attorney For A OC Sent Me A Collection Letter For A Credit Card Bill.
I Disputed The Amount Due And A C+D Letter. Next,They Sent Me Complete Copies Of Billing Statements From The OC That Pursuant To My Requested (Wrong) And That These Statements Were Validation. Also On The Attorneys Letter (OC vs. Me). So, I Demand Them To Send Me A Proper Validation. Copy Of Original Contact, What Power Did They Have To Collect, Etc. And To Send The OC That This Debt Was In Dispute. The Next Letter I Get Is A Legal PROOF OF NOTICE OF CASE MANAGEMENT REVIEW. To Show up At Superior Court, Civil Division In 2 Months. What Is This Review? What Did I Do Wrong? And What Sould I Do? Help!
