The CA who has purchased your account can continue collection activities, including placing a "hard" inquiry on your report, until and unless you send them a legally enforceable cease and desist letter. The SOL letter on my website wll prevent future inquiries and can prevent or delete their reporting.In addtiion you should opt out.
