I got a bad feeling about my situation too. I have been chased for a couple years but this current CA really looks like a "player" in the new york area and probably will sue. I am doing as much research as possible, and this is a great place for it, but I am also mentally preparing myself for what looks like a very bad Spring.
At least I am learning alot and will try to make it as painless as possible, if that is in fact possible.
