I have seen a lot of posts regarding not paying collection agencies. I am curious as to what insight those of you might have relative to your own experiences. I am in a position to where I either need to pay a CA and their law firm or wait until I go to court. Let's assume SOL is not a viable defense. If I don't pay the CA prior to my court date, what are the repercussions? Thanks.
