I did not agree to their arbitration, and they
contend that they did not agree to mine....they
did not send any letter of protest to me or my
arbitrator before the arbitration---only after it
was done. But it has not be confirmed in any
court, and I am not sure how to do this. Our local court says to file it with the County
REcorders office. I don't see how this would
help. I could probably settle for half the
amount, if that would end the matter. These
arbitration awards I got were through one of the
"debt elimination" outfits, so don't know how
valid or enforceable they really are. And couldn't they go ahead with a trial even if both
awards are ruled invalid? Thanks for your help.
