I had a default judgment entered in New Jersey back in 6/2001. I now live in Nevada. Now I’m getting threatening and ridiculous phone calls from Lenahan Law Offices, threating to have me arrested accusing me of fraud and all the other bs bad ca’s try to intimidate you with. They are not the original lawers from New Jersey that sued me for New Century Financial, who bought debt from Citibank. So now Lenhan now owns it. I’m not worried Lenahan will try to collect the judgment because I know Lenahan only practices law in New York and to domesticate the judgment in Nevada is a lot of work on there part. My question is because of the harassing phone calls , no letters yet and the fact that it has been sold to Lenahan and changed hands so many times and that there most of been some paper work that got lost in the sauce. Is there away to get this removed from my credit report, or vacated because of technicalies or broken laws. Also I lived in Nevada and worked when the judgment was served and entered.
