i can see i am not the only one who has dealt with this law firm. i too was served with a summons. they claim i owe midland management $9,000 but refuse to give me any further info. they just keep sending threatning letters despite me sending $50.00 each month. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS LAW FIRM?can they really take my house and freeze my bank accounts?
