i have an agency called creditors exchange calling my relatives all over the country making scary calls that if i don't call them back i'm in big trouble? Is this legal? Also, they keep sending me letters that they are lawyers and they are close taking me to arbitration? any opinion what should i do. I have some money to pay them but the way they are threatening my relatives i don't want to talk to them? should i get a lawyer and what the chance of going to arbitration and whats the process? thanks
