Send them a printout from the USP site with the tracking #, or photocopies of the green cards. Tell them that their response and all other correspondence is being turned over to the FTC and (your State)'s Attorney Generals office for investigation of violations under the FDCPA, Fair Business Practices Act, and Uniform Arbitration Act. In addition, you are considering filing a complaint under RICO for their collusion with W & A.
