I have to accounts that are 2 years old, one seems very likely to sue. I don't think I will make it to the sol. I can't afford to pay them off with my current finacial situation, however I do have a retirement fund with my current employer. I talked with my employer about gettting a loan or withdrawing early to pay off my debts, but the only way I can get the money it to retire or quit or get fired. I know my retirement is protected in Kansas, but is there any way I can wave that right? Cause I would be more damaged if my wages were garnished than if they took money out of my retirement. I have enough in my retirement to pay off both in full if I could get access or they or the court could order it.

Thanks
