Unless you tell your employer, there's only two legitimate ways the employer could find out about your BK. One is if someone reads the paper and sees it (it is, after all, public record) or by running a credit check. The former is unlikely (who has time) and it doesn't seem like a small company would bother with the latter once you're employed.
