Whenever you get a letter from a new CA and they tell you if you dispute the amt. send a letter within 30 days. Aren't you suppose to get a reply back??? I sent this to two different CA's and it bounced me back to the original creditor. So, then I'm out of collections, 2 months later, I'm back in collections. I can't keep up what is what!!! Also, we filed BK at the end of May...so I'm guessing it was processed through the courts (not final of course!) at the middle of June. (Am I assuming right?) When do the creditors and CA get notified of this so I get them off my back? As you know, some CA's are extremely rude and full of harassament. Heck, I even had one call me a f'n bitch and a low life scum. Know the company name (Corporate Receivables), but of course, he wouldn't tell me his name. Hmmm...wonder why :) lol Thank for any help I get on this one!!
