PLEASE DONT USE CAPS. that said...where are you? how old are the debts? how do you know they are suing you? have you been served? CAs will lie...totally. your state has exemptions..check whychats links for them. depends where you live, what they can seize. cars , houses , wages. depends. they must get a judgement in court first...then go back to seize anything. dont believe a word a Ca says..check in your own court. read whychats links. they cant take anything from your house.
