Judgment was obtained in Tennessee. It's still on my credit report, as I understand it will be until the 10 SOL on judgments expires.
It has to be vacated or paid or settled as a condition of my mortgage.
Unfortunately the courthouse is absolutely no help! (Not that I expected anything less)
