How do I respond to this one?

I just got a letter from a local CA, and I'm not sure how to respond.

A little background, although you may know most of this from my previous posts over the past few months...

MBNA account, stopped paying in Dec 2002. Charged off sometime in 2003. Wolpoff and Abramson started sending me letter. I requested validation, they never validated. They went to Arbitration. I refused arbitration. All was ignored (as expected out of the W&A jerks).

Recently got a letter from a local CA to collect the money on "the MBNA" account. I requested Validation.

They responded to my Validation Request by sending me a copy of the Arbitration Award from W&A. I'm sure that as far as they are concerned, that IS Validation from their point in the process. They probably don't even KNOW that W&A never validated. They also said they need to recieve payment or something from me within 10 days.

So, do I respond, telling them that W&A never validated the account, therefore the Arbitration was illegal and in violation of the FDCPA? Is there some other response to them? Or do I ignore them, and wait to be sued? I really don't want to be sued, but I have a feeling it will eventually come to that)

Thanks once again to all the folks on this board who are slowly but surely walking me through this stressful business.
