I have just received a court date as i am being sued for $7000 + $1500 attorneys fees by Chase bank via Cohen & Slamowitz lawyers.
Does anyone have any hints as to what to say in court? I don't have a regular paycheck (i work freelance) and don't own anything. I changed from Chase bank account and opened another- should i not have a bank account at all? Should i open up one with my boyfriend as primary card holder?
Anything i should/shouldn't say /do in court?
