been following this board since late june & im pleasently surprised how well informed you all seem what a GREAT job you all do you all help so many . we need some help & ive looked in old posts mths an yrs back with no luck . were married 2 yrs i have great credit 740 fico but my wife very very poor fico about 380 or less with large charged off cc debt from a couple yrs ago so my question > we live in california have 5 acres of vacant property in south carolina under my wifes name thats financed by the co that she bought the land from so we pay directly to them the 400. payments each mo and this loan is not on her credit reports , can any of her creditors find out about this property since its not on her credit reports & i believe the tax information is on their company name since we pay directly to them each mo . in 4 yrs once lands paid off i guess tax infomation well be under her name . any help is most welcomed . carmen
