Okay, here's a question. I figured it out and my disposable income while paying the minimum due on my credit card bills is about 45.00. That is not counting student loans because I am in a deferrment period with them. Once I need to pay them again (in 6 months) my disposable income will be about - 200.00. Seems to me I am a good canidate for bankruptcy. Question is, if I quit paying on my credit cards because I plan to file bankruptcy, won't my disposable income show up as much higher? It will be about $500.00 if I quit paying the credit cards. That doesn't look good does it?
