I'm trying to think of possible holes in the armour of a CA whose name is listed on the letter I was sent as a LLC company in Georgia. Shouldn't I be able to find them listed with the Georgia Secretary of State's office? If they're not, does this cast doubt on their legitimacy or their standing to bring suit? Georgia has a searchable on-line database, and they're not listed.
