thanks in advance for this..i read a post you answered on foreclosure. we were foreclosed on during BK with no court proceeding at all. no, we didnt have to move, long as we paid on time. the min it was 5 days late..another CRRR card arrived saying pay or get out. we were told it was a turned into a renters tenancy by the foreclosure and we could stay as long as we didnt miss one payment. they also changed our interest to 5% compounded daily. our lawyer wouldnt fight it without a extra 1500$, and we owed legal fees to citi. now how did they do all this? took me 2 years to even find out it was foreclosed on,. nothing filed anywhere. at all.nor sent to me. can you shed any light on how this happened? we had no notice..no court..no nothing. wham..during the BK,,it was reaffirmed but the judge didnt sign it in 30 days --which they wanted-- so they foreclosed ,. i cant control when a judge signs anything! it was so awful...and sounds completely illegal. any ideas? hugs*** thanks again.
