If I file BK 7 can I still keep my car loan or will that mess it up. I have all payments on time and a co signer. I have paid off 3000 of the 17000 owed. Exemptions say vehicals up to 1700. Does this mean they will take the car even though it far from being paid off due to the amount it is worth? Also I have one cc that is a positive on my credit report and a student loan in good standing. WIll I lose those also in a BK 7. I have four negetive account at this time in the amout of about 4000 total for all four. Anyone who has filed BK7. Do you know?
