I am not quite sure the type of loan invovled but it does not sound like a credit card. I could be alot more helpful if I no the specifics however demand physicall discovery of material facts of this loan, for example your original signature and all signiture that produce your signiture regarding transactions. This can be done with 25 questions sit down think about this. If the other side can not produce this information and they generally can't , you will be sucessful however you must send a copy of this request by fax or certified mail to court and other party. Pa also give your the option to appeal in case you lose. good luck
