Good - You're better off in Civil Court. Small Shams at one time was consumer friendly, no more. Judge, 'Mediator' -actually, a 'volunteer' stooge up the tail of predator collectors - and CA lawyah comprise the Unholy Trinity of Troglodytes out to get money from consumers any way they can. Anyhow, Small Claims is easier these days for CA's to prevail, that's why lice the ilk of Hugh Brett Shafritz and F.A. Management Solutions work strictly in that arena. Civil has more rules, you need a lawyer, but definetly tougher for the bad guys. Many times, filing an answer in Civil makes the scabies CA's go away. Small Shams Court, on the other hand, has come to resemble a cattle chute. With consumers designated as the cattle. No good. Designatedly, Keyser Soze
