Can CA call me at work for husband and ex-wife's debt?

My husband and his ex-wife have a 6-year old debt in MO that is in collection. I have been receiving phone calls *every day* from CA on my business line (home-based business) asking for my husband or his ex-wife. Every day, I tell him that neither of them works here, that they can not be reached at this phone number, and not to call me again. He continues to call.

He knows that I am the current wife and has told me that he can talk to me about it. I told him that it is none of my business, does not concern me, and I don't want to talk to him about it. Today, he inferred that *I* am the ex-wife.

My questions are: Can he call me at work if this is for an old debt belonging to my husband and his ex-wife? Can he continue to call me after I have told him not to?

Debt is in MO, CA is in CO, we currently live in KS.

Thank YOU!
