this may seem like a rather dumb question but its an interesting one to me .. im curious about something , WHY do creditors or collection agencies or whomever it is looking to collect on money owed RESPECT to leave someone alone via bankruptcy which of course is federal ~VS~ RESPECTING states laws when a debt is over SOL & can not be LEGALLY collected on , honestly i dont understand this .. if someone has a good answer on this ID LOVE it explained to me .. thankyou , kel ..
