I'm waiting on a validation for a cc account. It should be past the SOL by the open ended time. Now I'm stressing because I am reading that judges, attorneys are ignoring whats clearly stated in the law. What is a person to do if this happens and your defense is the SOL law? How can they get away with this?? How unbelievable!!
