HELP!!!! CAPITAL ONE GOT ME!!!!

I have a Cap One card that I paid off then closed. I just checked my credit report and not it shows I owe them over 600 dollars (which is 300 over the initial credit limit). When I called them they said they reopened the account because MSN was trying to bill my account as it did monthly. They said legally, they can reopen the account if a monthly biller tried to charge the card. I didnt know this was going on, it is now charged off becasue of the racked up charges and interest, and becasue I didnt even know the card was turned back on. WHAT CAN I DO???????
