NEED HELP ASAP RE: CA AND MY CHECKING ACCT

I just found out that the CA debited my account yesterday for $203 without my approval. I made a payment last month thinking that I was paying Capital One only to find out it was a CA. I called them and argued with them and told them I wouldn't pay anymore.

I now see they debited my account AGAIN without my permission. I called my bank and they are supposed to call me back. What can I do?? What do I say when I talk to them?? They debited my account last month but I didn't authorize any more debits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in SC.
