Asset Acceptance/The Credit Store?

I recently received a judgement entry, stating I owe over $2,000 dollars to the Credit Store. I have 30 days to respond. I don't know who these people are. The account number that is referenced is a Visa number, in which I never owed. Asset Acceptance has stated in their affidavit that this is my account and I have refused to pay this. It also references the credit card company Citibank. I only owed one card from this company back in 1989. But I closed that account over 10 years ago. I also checked my credit report to see if this shows as a deliquent account and it does not show up anywhere. I would like to response to these absent-minded people and the Municipal Court in Ohio, but not sure what paper work is needed. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks!!!
