Well, you can't help me, as I filed bk with mbna five years ago. They did do violations through the years though, they pulled hard inquiries on me 2, 3, & 4 years after my bk. They are off my report now, and so is mbna accounts. I will say, they never harrassed me though, or my ex hubby, who still owed as we were joint. They fell off his reports now too. Have to say, 5 years ago, they did okay by me.
