I've double checked information and I am "Judgement Proof" so I can't file bankruptsy. I am resigned to the fact that the only option I have now is to stop paying my cc and bank loan. Should I write them a letter explaining what is going on or just stop paying.
I want to make sure none of this can come back and haunt my daughter.
